Soft savory pancakes with melted suluguni cheese and fresh green onion — perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

    200 ml
  • Chicken egg
    2 pc
  • Flour
    70 g
  • Cheese Suluguni Căsuța Mea
    70 g
  • Green onions
    5 g
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Sugar
    1 pinch
  • Oil
    to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the kefir until smooth.
  2. Add the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, and optionally a pinch of sugar for balance.
  3. Fold in the grated suluguni and finely chopped green onion.
  4. Add a little oil and mix well until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and gently spread it.
  7. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden and slightly crispy around the edges.
  8. Serve warm, plain or with sour cream or yogurt.
