✅ For the cream: mix the sour cream with the honey and lemon juice, add the whipped cream, and stir everything together.
Assemble the cake:
Place a sheet of dough, add the cream, another sheet of dough, and continue like this until we finish all the ingredients.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
✅ After 6 hours, decorate with almond flakes and powdered sugar.
