Directions

  1. ✅ For the dough, place the sugar together with the butter, eggs, honey, and baking soda in a double boiler, stirring until the mixture becomes white and fluffy.
  2. ✅ Add the sifted flour, mix, form the dough, and divide it into 5 equal pieces.
  3. ✅ Roll out the dough to a diameter of 26 cm.
  4. ✅ Bake the pastry sheets for 6 minutes at 160°C, then let them cool completely.
  5. ✅ For the cream: mix the sour cream with the honey and lemon juice, add the whipped cream, and stir everything together.
  6. Assemble the cake: Place a sheet of dough, add the cream, another sheet of dough, and continue like this until we finish all the ingredients.
  7. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
  8. ✅ After 6 hours, decorate with almond flakes and powdered sugar.
  9. ✅ Cut and savor. Enjoy!
