Pour the honey, add the egg, continue to mix.
Sift the flour with the baking powder, form the dough.
Roll out the dough into a round shape with a diameter of 18 cm, forming the base and sides.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, prick in several places with a fork, and bake for 10-15 minutes at 165°C.
For the filling:
Melt the dark chocolate with the cream, add the butter with the oil, mix and pour over the baked and cooled crust.
Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
