Directions

  1. For the dough: mix the room temperature butter, add the brown sugar with salt, mix again.
  2. Pour the honey, add the egg, continue to mix.
  3. Sift the flour with the baking powder, form the dough.
  4. Roll out the dough into a round shape with a diameter of 18 cm, forming the base and sides. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, prick in several places with a fork, and bake for 10-15 minutes at 165°C.
  5. For the filling: Melt the dark chocolate with the cream, add the butter with the oil, mix and pour over the baked and cooled crust.
  6. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Decorate according to preferences and enjoy. Happy holidays!
