Who among us doesn't love picnics? Everyone wants to breathe fresh air, enjoy the sun, and chat with friends. The best reason for this is a picnic in nature. But no picnic can be organized without snacks, as appetite in fresh air is excellent.
The main requirements for dishes are as follows:
Compactness, so it's convenient to eat without utensils.
Ease and simplicity in preparation.
Safety. You shouldn't take perishable products (dairy products, cakes, salads with mayonnaise) to a picnic.
Food.
The main advice is to prepare everything possible in advance. Wash and cut vegetables, prepare sandwiches and snacks, marinate meat (if you plan to cook) and gather light snacks. This way you can spend minimum time on preparation and maximum time enjoying the weekend.
-Breakfast croissant sandwiches
-Pancakes with dill and lightly salted trout

-Lavash rolls with cheese
-Bruschetta with tomatoes
-Flatbread with mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, ham and basil
-Pan-fried flatbreads with cheese and herbs

Drinks.
The main rule of a perfect picnic is cold drinks. Store all liquids in a portable cooler. In this case, wine, smoothies and lemonade will delight you with their coolness throughout the sunny day.

-Strawberry smoothie
-Banana and date smoothie
-Blueberry smoothie
Drinking water.
To quench your thirst, rinse fruits and extinguish charcoal in the grill - take enough drinking water with you.
Grill.
If you want a full lunch, take a grill. It's easier and faster to cook on it than on a charcoal grill. And then the list of possible dishes will be much wider.
All dishes from the previous list can be taken with you and won't spoil on the way.
