Heats the milk and whiskey, without boiling them
Meanwhile mix the yolks with sugar until they become white and creamy
Add cocoa and mix with a phone.
Now half of milk and mix quickly
Pour everything back into the pan and cook until you get such a texture

Each hour mix the ice cream to avoid small pieces of ice.
