Directions
In a bowl, combine milk and chia seeds and let them soak for 10 minutes.
Stir with a fork until the lumps disappear and refrigerate for at least an hour, or better yet, overnight.
In a blender mix the black currant.
Mash the banana with a fork, add cocoa and mix.
In one glass add pudding, then blackcurrants, and in another glass add banana with cocoa, pudding, banana again and garnish with roasted peanuts.
A healthy breakfast or dessert!
