  • Chicken ham
    50 g
  • Сheese Căsuța Mea Classic
    40 g
  • Dill

  • Salt
    to taste
  • Bell pepper

  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 20%
    1 tbsp
  • Greens
    15 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix grated cheese with chicken ham and diced tomatoes.
  2. Cut the olives, grind the dill, add the egg, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the sour cream and kefir.
  3. Sift the flour and mix again.
  4. Fry the pancakes on both sides until they are nicely browned.
  5. Serve with sour cream, vegetables and herbs.
  6. Enjoy!
