Directions

  1. In the bowl of a container, add the eggs and sugar, mix until fluffy.
  2. Then add the lemon extract, the ground almonds, and the semolina.
  3. Continue with cottage cheese, mix all the ingredients together and pour the batter into a buttered pan, 16-18 cm in diameter, adding apricot slices in between.
  4. Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 180 °C, fan mode. Enjoy your meal
