Directions

  1. For the Dough. Mix the flour, baking powder, and powdered sugar, stir, crack the eggs, and mix again.
  2. Incorporate the very cold dough with our fingers and form a ball.
  3. Roll out the dough very thinly and place it in a 28 cm diameter pan.
  4. Add weight and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Take out the weight and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. For the Filling. Mix the eggs with the sugar.
  7. Pour the whipped cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  8. Strain the filling through a sieve. Pour the filling over the prepared dough.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes at 150 °C.
  11. Cut the pie, slice it, and serve.
  12. Enjoy your meal.
