Creamy salmon with sun-dried tomatoes

Fry the salmon in a well-heated frying pan over medium-high heat on both sides.
Remove and set aside.
Add butter and garlic to the same pan and fry for 30 seconds.
Add our sour cream at room temperature.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and toss thoroughly for 5 minutes or until a creamy sauce forms.
Add salmon slices, let sit for another 5 minutes and serve immediately.
