Directions

  1. Mix the butter at room temperature with the oil, ground almonds, and sugar until we get a fluffy texture.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, the chopped nuts, the flour, the vanilla extract, the grated lemon zest, and the salt powder.
  3. Pour the dough into a 23 cm diameter pan lined with baking paper. Level it and place the apricot slices with the cores on the surface.
  4. Bake for 70-80 minutes at 190 °C. Remove, cool and enjoy. Enjoy.
