  • Whipping Cream Căsuța Mea 33%
    100 ml
  • Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    50 g
  • Brown Sugar
    2 tbsp
  • Peach
    400 g
  • Mint
    2 leaf

Directions

  1. Pour the peach juice into a saucepan and boil until the syrup forms.
  2. Beat the eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Soak the slices of bread in the egg mixture, then drain the excess.
  4. Heat a large pan together with a little butter, add the bread slices and fry until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining butter and egg bread.
  6. Serve bread with preserved peaches, syrup, and mascarpone. Garnish with mint! Enjoy!
