Portion

We clean the fruit & cut them into cubes.
Bring to boil the water with the sugar & vanilla stick split in half.
Add the cubes of pears & apples to the boil until it softens.
Grease a shape with a diameter of 28 cm with our butter, put the apples & pears leaked.
We too heat the oven at temperature 180 C.
In the meantime, we are preparing the breadcrumb composition.
We mix the flour, the breadcrumbs, the brown sugar & butter until the dough gets the appearance of some firmites.
We press over the fruit & give the oven for 40 minutes.
We serve hot with ice cream.
