Directions

  1. We clean the fruit & cut them into cubes.
  2. Bring to boil the water with the sugar & vanilla stick split in half.
  3. Add the cubes of pears & apples to the boil until it softens.
  4. Grease a shape with a diameter of 28 cm with our butter, put the apples & pears leaked.
  5. We too heat the oven at temperature 180 C.
  6. In the meantime, we are preparing the breadcrumb composition.
  7. We mix the flour, the breadcrumbs, the brown sugar & butter until the dough gets the appearance of some firmites.
  8. We press over the fruit & give the oven for 40 minutes.
  9. We serve hot with ice cream.
