For the sauce:

  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 15%
    4 tbsp
  • Mustard
    1 tbsp
  • Dill
    1 tbsp
  • Parsley
    1 tbsp
  • Green onions
    2 slice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  2. Rub the potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper. Pierce them with a fork, wrap them in foil, and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. In the last 15 minutes, remove the foil for a crispy skin.
  3. 10 minutes before the potatoes are done, season the salmon with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven.
  4. Mix the sour cream with mustard, herbs, and green onion. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut the potatoes into quarters and gently press the edges to open them up.
  6. Fill the potatoes with the sour cream, flaked salmon, capers, herbs, and lemon juice.
