Directions

  1. Season the chicken breast slices with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Dip each slice of chicken breast in beaten egg and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the chicken slices in a pan heated with oil and butter until they brown nicely over medium heat.
  4. For the sauce: In a hot pan, add the sour cream, flour, and pour in the water, mix everything well and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, add the mustard, and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve schnitzel with sour cream sauce and salad.
  7. Enjoy!
