Directions

  1. Place the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot water and let them slowly melt.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk the white sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until they double in volume, about 10 minutes.
  3. Once the chocolate and butter have melted, pour in the beaten eggs and gently fold together.
  4. Mix the flour with the cocoa powder and add it to the rest of the batter, stirring lightly.
  5. Finally, add the milk chocolate chips, pour the batter into a buttered baking tin.
  6. Top with raspberries and pistachios, then bake for 30 minutes at 170 °C.
