Directions
In a bowl, add: flour, chopped nuts, sugar, salt, very cold butter cut into cubes, and egg yolk.
Incorporate the ingredients with our fingers until we reach a texture similar to wet sand.
Form a ball, and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Transfer the dough into a mold with a diameter of 18-20 cm.
Lay out the base and sides.
Bake for 13-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 °C.
For the Filling: in a bowl, mix the egg, egg white, whole egg, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch and chopped nuts.
Pour the filling over the top, adding the sliced plums in places.
Bake for another 25-30 minutes.
Cool completely and serve with pleasure.
