In another bowl, mix the butter at room temperature with the sugar for 4-5 minutes, add the yolks, vanilla extract and the solid mixture.
Mix then form a ball, roll the ball into a disk 2-3 mm thick.
Form 8 cm round shapes using a glass or a special mold.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Cool the prepared biscuits completely.
For the glaze: mix together the powdered sugar, egg white, and lemon juice.
Place 1 tablespoon of glaze on each cookie and spread gently, leaving it to dry slightly for 10 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and transfer it to a pastry bag, cut the tip to a thickness of 1 mm and draw a few thin lines resembling a candle and decorate with candies.
