Cut the chicken along the back, and open the chest to the surface.

We cover the chicken with metal foil and give an hour in the oven, temperature 180 C.
For sauce, mix all the ingredients, grease the chicken with the prepared sauce and return to the oven for another 30 minutes or until it is beautifully browned.
