Creamy pasta with ham and pepper – a quick, flavorful and delicious dinner ready in just 10 minutes.

  • Penne pasta
    300 g
  • Pork loin
    350 g
  • Cream Cheese
    350 g
  • Black Pepper
    0,5-1 tsp
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    1 tbsp
  • Olive Oil
    to taste
  • Water
    80 ml
  • Salt
    to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the butter with a little olive oil in a deep pan. Add the pepper and let it release its aroma for a few seconds.
  2. Add the sliced ham and sauté until lightly crispy on the edges.
  3. Add the pasta cooked al dente. Don’t forget to keep a little pasta water – it’s the secret to a creamy sauce. Add the cream cheese and the pasta water.
  4. Mix over low heat until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy and well combined.
  5. Adjust salt to taste and enjoy! You can also add roasted bell pepper, spinach or sautéed mushrooms.
