  • Almond Flour
    25 g
  • Baking powder
    1 tsp
  • Milk Căsuța Mea Premium 3.4% - 6.0%
    400 ml
  • Almond flakes
    20 g
  • Coconut oil
    1 tbsp
  • Сhopped Pistachios
    30 g
  • Honey
    1-2 tsp
  • Salt
    щепотка
  • Vanilla

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, sugar and milk Căsuța Mea.
  2. Mix everything together.
  3. Grease the shapes with coconut oil.
  4. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with almond flakes and chopped pistachios.
  5. Divide the composition equally.
  6. Sprinkle the surface with nuts.
  7. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  8. We take the cakes out of the oven.
  9. Let them cool before serving. I recommend trying them with 1 glass of fresh milk.
