    80 ml
  • Oil
    60 ml
  • Wheat flour is white

  • Baking powder
    11 g
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • White chocolate
    160 g

Directions

  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar. Add the seeds from 1/2 vanilla pod.
  2. We beat everything until the mixture blends. Then add the melted butter, oil and milk, further mixing.
  3. In a bowl mix, flour, baking powder and salt. Add over the liquid mixture, mix.
  4. Cover with a film and refrigerate for 12 hours. Grease with butter and face the shape for Madeleine.
  5. Put the dough up to 3/4 volume and bake 5 minutes- temperature 220 C & 10 minutes- temperature 180 C. Cool the biscuits on a barbecue.
  6. Mix the melted white chocolate, add the remaining vanilla seeds. Add one tablespoon of chocolate to each deepening of the shape and sink the biscuits.
  7. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove and enjoy! Enjoy your meal!
