Directions

  1. Mix the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the zest of one lemon and 3 eggs, mixing thoroughly after each until there are no lumps.
  3. Add cow's milk, whipped cream and mix.
  4. Then the melted butter and repeat the movements.
  5. Grease the baking shape with butter and cover it with sugar.
  6. Carefully place the cherries, previously soaked in sugar syrup (I left them for 2 hours with 2 tablespoons of sugar) and pour the batter on top.
  7. Leave it in the oven for 45 minutes, at 180 degrees Celsius.
  8. Enjoy a warm dessert and let yourself be carried away on the wings of a dream through the pastry shops of the Champs-Élysées!
