Directions

  1. We beat the eggs well with sugar and orange zest.
  2. We add the tangerine juice, melted butter, orange extract, then we add flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  3. Transfer to a buttered and floured pan, bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
