Directions

  1. Grate the potatoes.
  2. ✅ Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano to taste.
  3. ✅ Add a generous spoonful of flour, mix everything well, and shape the dough.
  4. ✅ Form 30-gram balls, flatten them, add a cube of suluguni cheese to each, reshape into balls.
  5. ✅ Coat them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil at 180 °C for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Take them out on paper towels, let the oil drain.
  7. ✅ For the sauce, mix the sour cream with black pepper, chopped onion, and hot chili pepper.
  8. ✅ Serve the meatballs with the sour cream sauce.
  9. Enjoy!
