Directions

We spread the dough with the help of a successor, cut 2 circles with a diagonal of 25 cm.
Add the mixture of nuts to one of the circles, leaving room for 3 cm.
Grease the edge with milk and beaten yolk.
We cover with the 2nd circle and flatten the edge.
Grease the pie with milk and beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
We serve the cold pie.
