Peel the quinces, remove the core, and slice them.
In a mold with a diameter of 28-30 cm, place the quince peels, and on top, we arrange slices of quince.
Sprinkle with sugar, then add the spices along with the raisins and almonds.
Pour white or red wine according to preferences and bake for 40-50 minutes, Temperature 180 °C.
Periodically remove the mold from the oven and brush the quinces with syrup.
Take out and enjoy the dessert both warm and cold.
