Directions

  1. Crush the cottage cheese with a fork and grate the cheese.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, and cheese and season with salt to taste.
  3. Cut the lavash into rectangles, add the cheese mixture, leaving a little space at the edges. Roll up!
  4. In another bowl, mix the eggs with 1 pinch of salt.
  5. Dip each roll in the egg, fry in a well-heated pan with oil on both sides until lightly browned.
  6. Enjoy!
