Directions

  1. Place 4 potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut 300 g of bacon into cubes.
  3. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, over medium heat.
  4. Break 6 eggs into a large bowl, pour in 150 ml of milk and add 100 g of grated cheese, season with salt, black pepper and paprika to taste.
  5. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes the same size as the bacon.
  6. Fry them for 7 minutes in a well-heated pan.
  7. Pour in the mixture prepared earlier.
  8. Mix well, put the lid on, and leave over medium to low heat until cooked, about 15 minutes.
  9. Serve with chopped green onions, chili peppers or sour cream.
  10. Enjoy!
