Directions

Mix the eggs, salt, and sugar.
Beat the mixture until it becomes fluffy, approximately 10 minutes.
Pour the milk, add the flour and baking powder, gradually incorporate the melted butter.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for one hour.
Fill 3/4 of the volume of the Christmas molds and bake for 25 minutes, temperature 160 °C.
Fill the cakes with boiled condensed milk while they are still warm. Let them cool and enjoy! Bon appétit!
