In a saucepan we combine: the cream with lemon peel, garlic, nutmeg, salt & black pepper to taste.
We go to the boiling point & let it cool for 10 minutes to cool.
We cut the thin rounds.
Grease a baking form with butter & place the potatoes in the baking dish.
We remove from the cream sauce, thyme, lemon peel & garlic.
We pour the sauce over potatoes,
Cover with the Cașcaval Ras & Bake 50-60 minutes, temperature 200 C.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes & we enjoy.
