Juicy chicken cutlets with a tender texture and golden crust. A simple homemade dish perfect for lunch or dinner.

    150 ml
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black Pepper
    to taste

  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%

Directions

  1. Soak the bread in milk or sour cream and leave for a few minutes until soft.
  2. In a bowl combine the ground chicken with the soaked (well squeezed) bread and the sautéed onion.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape the mixture into cutlets with wet hands and coat them lightly in flour.
  4. Fry in hot vegetable oil and butter over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side, covered with a lid, until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve the cutlets hot with a fresh salad or your favorite side dish: mashed potatoes, rice, grilled vegetables or pickles. Enjoy!
