Directions

Saute the sliced onion in oil for 10-15 minutes over medium heat or until softened and browned.
On 2 slices of bread, add cheese, sautéed onion, smoked ham or any preferred smoked meat, and spread mustard seeds over the entire surface.
Cover with the remaining 2 slices and fry in a well-heated pan on both sides.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
