For the dough:

Directions
Mix the softened butter with powdered sugar, add the egg yolks, mix.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, mix again until homogeneous.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Mix the soft butter with powdered sugar, add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Continue with almond flour, vanilla and Brandy.
Transfer the cream into a pastry bag and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm, transfer it to a 24 cm diameter tray, press the edges well, and cut off any excess dough.
Add the cream over the cake, place sour cherries on top, and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
After baking, let the tart cool completely.
The tart is simply perfect, crispy dough and sweet-sour cream. Enjoy!
