  • Breadcrumbs
    150 g
  • Cream "Casuța mea"
    100 ml
  • Spinach

  • Salt
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Paprika
    to taste
  • Oregano
    to taste
  • Garlic granulated

Directions

  1. Cut the onion cubes, fry with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. In a bowl add the minced meat, egg, hot onion, bread, salt, black pepper, sweet pepper & oregano.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Form the balls, the chips with 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat on each side.
  5. Remove the Romanian cakes.
  6. In the same pan is added the cream my cottage at room temperature, a little salt, granulated garlic.
  7. Mix well and turn the cakes, leave on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  8. At the end add a handful of fresh or frozen spinach.
  9. Serve the cakes in the sauce with pasta.
