Directions
Cut the onion cubes, fry with 2 tablespoons of oil.
In a bowl add the minced meat, egg, hot onion, bread, salt, black pepper, sweet pepper & oregano.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Form the balls, the chips with 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat on each side.
Remove the Romanian cakes.
In the same pan is added the cream my cottage at room temperature, a little salt, granulated garlic.
Mix well and turn the cakes, leave on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

Serve the cakes in the sauce with pasta.
