Directions

  1. Dice the onion and fry it in 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. In a bowl, add the minced meat, egg, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, paprika and oregano.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Form balls and fry them over medium heat on each side in 3 tablespoons of oil.
  5. Take out the fried meatballs.
  6. In the same pan, add room temperature Căsuța Mea sour cream, a little salt and granulated garlic.
  7. Mix thoroughly and cook the meatballs over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  8. At the end add a handful of fresh or frozen spinach.
  9. Serve meatballs in sour cream sauce with pasta.
