Directions
Wash the mushrooms.
Remove the stems and cut them into cubes, along with thinly sliced green onions.
Add Căsuța Mea butter to the pan and fry the onion for 1 minute.
Add chopped tails and fry until cooked through (about 15 minutes).
Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the parsley, add the fried mushrooms on top, mix everything thoroughly.
We fill the caps with a slice of Căsuța Mea cheese and mushroom appetizer.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Finally, add another slice of Căsuța Mea cheese and leave for 1-2 minutes.
