Directions

Simmer the minced pork until almost done, adding our favorite spices.
Add the chopped onion and sauté for another 5-6 minutes.
Take it off the heat, add the sour cream with chopped herbs, and mix.
Add filling on each slice of zucchini, roll it, and transfer it to a baking dish.
Cover the tomato sauce with grated cheese.
Bake at 180°C until lightly browned.
Take out and serve with fresh basil.
