Sugar
125 g
Coconut Milk
400 ml
Coconut Flakes

Directions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, vanilla and rice, then bring to a boil.
Reduce to low heat and cook for 20–25 minutes, stirring frequently, until the rice becomes tender.
Add the sugar, coconut milk and shredded coconut, then cook for another 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
Let the pudding rest a little, then serve warm with muesli and fruits.
