Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea 9%

120 g
White sugar

30 g
Walnuts

Directions

We cut the pears in half, remove the core with a knife or spoon.
Heat a pan, melt the butter and place the pears with the cut down.
We cook for 10 minutes, under the lid.
In a bowl, mix, the cow's cheese with the sugar, add the nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon.
Transfer the pears to a tray, fill them with cheese filling and bake 20 minutes, temperature 160 C.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped nuts, dark chocolate & honey.
