Remove the core and level the inside of the quinces, place them in a bowl with water and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice (so as not to change their color).
Chop the walnuts and almonds.
Mix the nuts, cinnamon, dried berries, lemon zest, the juice of half a lemon, and melted butter in a bowl.
Fill the quinces with the nut mixture, place them in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 40 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve the prepared quinces with dried apricots and honey.
You can substitute and experiment with berries, your favorite dried fruits.
