Creamy one-pan pasta with mushrooms, garlic and cream. A quick, comforting and flavorful dish.

  • Orzo pasta
    150 g
  • Oil
    1 tbsp
  • Сhampignon mushrooms
    300 g
  • Water
    450-470 ml
  • Single Cream (Half-and-Half) Căsuța Mea 15%
    120 ml
  • Garlic
    5-6 clove
  • Paprika
    1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan
    70-100 g
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black Pepper
    to taste

Directions

  1. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with oil until lightly golden.
  2. Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and cook for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in the cream, add paprika, salt and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Add the pasta and gradually pour in the water, stirring after each addition.
  5. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated and the pasta is tender.
  6. Finish by adding the remaining garlic and grated cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Optionally garnish with chives and freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy!
