Directions

  1. Beat the eggs together with the sugar, add the spice mix, candied oranges, flour, baking powder, and mix.
  2. Pour the melted butter and milk, also add the carrot grated finely, mix again.
  3. Transfer the dough into a rectangular baking pan, then spread a thin strip of butter (20-25 grams) on top. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes, let it cool, and decorate with chocolate and sea buckthorn cream, optionally adding a few chocolate eggs.
