Directions
In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cold coffee, place on the stove and bring to a boil or until the sugar melts.
We add the gelatin, mix, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Heat the mixture until it's almost boiling.
Distribute the mixture into glasses or jars and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the espresso layer: Add the sugar and gelatin to the hot coffee.
After 5-10 minutes, heat the mixture until it dissolves and cool in the freezer for 5 minutes.
We pour the espresso layer over the cream layer that should have set by now.
We put the panna cotta in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. We decorate with coffee beans and enjoy. Enjoy!
