Directions
In a saucepan, combine, sweet cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and cold coffee, put on the hob and take to the boiling point or until the sugar is melted.
Add the gelatin, mix and leave for 10 minutes. Heat the mixture to almost boiling.
Share the mixture in glasses or jars and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the espresso layer: Add, sugar and gelatin to hot coffee.
After 5-10 minutes, heat the mixture until the mixture is dissolved & cooled to the freezer for 5 minutes.
We pour the espresso layer over the cream layer that should have been strengthened so far.
We put Panna Cotta in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. We decorate with coffee beans and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
