  • Sugar
    1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Sugar
    8 g
  • Gelatin
    3 g
  • Espresso coffee
    200 ml

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sweet cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cold coffee, place it on the stove, and bring it to a boil or until the sugar melts.
  2. Add the gelatin, stir, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Heat the mixture until it is just about to boil.
  3. Distribute the mixture into glasses or jars and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the espresso layer: Add the sugar and gelatin to the hot coffee.
  5. After 5-10 minutes, warm the mixture until it dissolves and chill it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the espresso layer over the cream layer that should have set by now.
  7. Put the panna cotta in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Decorate with coffee beans and enjoy. Enjoy!
