Directions

  1. Mix the wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Beat the softened butter together with the sugar for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of the dry mixture, stir, and incorporate the eggs one by one.
  4. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix with a spatula, place the batter into a 17 cm diameter pan, and bake for about 50 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Serve half warm and half cold.
  6. I couldn't decide which one I liked more. Enjoy!
