  • Baking powder
    1 tsp
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add flour sifted with baking powder, pour in milk and butter, mix until lumps disappear.
  2. At the end, add finely chopped dill.
  3. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan with oil on both sides.
  5. Place lightly salted trout on each pancake and roll it up.
  6. Serve with cream cheese, sour cream, and herbs, if desired. Enjoy!
