Directions
In a bowl, add the sliced bananas, sugar, eggs, and melted butter, mix using a blender or a fork until the texture becomes smooth.
In another bowl, mix the rice flour, salt, and baking powder.
Transfer the solid mixture over the liquid one, continue mixing until no lumps remain.
Add the dried berries, cinnamon, vanilla essence and mix.
Add 1 generous tablespoon of batter to a well-heated pan.
Fry on medium heat on both sides until they are nicely browned.
Serve the pancakes with fresh raspberries, yogurt, or sour cream.
