🧈 Mix the flour with the baking powder, crack the eggs one by one, stirring after each.
Add the butter, sugar, grated lemon zest and mix.
🧈 Add the vanilla essence, a pinch of salt, and the honey, mix everything, then form a ball.
🧈 Divide into 3 pieces, shape into small balls, and roll out the dough resembling baguettes.
Transfer onto a baking tray,
brush with beaten egg, and bake for 25-30 minutes at 170°C (or until golden brown).
🧈 Take them out, let the baguettes cool, and slice them, place them back on the tray with the cut side up, and bake for another 10 minutes.
🧈 Take it out, let it cool, and enjoy it for breakfast as well as for dessert.
