Directions

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs with chopped or grated onion, add the minced meat, egg, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. We mix again.
  3. We form meatballs and fry them in a hot pan with a little oil until they are golden brown.
  4. We take out the meatballs on a plate.
  5. In the same pan, add the butter and flour, cook until the flour lightly browns.
  6. Pour the water, heavy cream, season with salt, pepper to taste, and cook for a few minutes.
  7. We turn the meatballs in the sauce, boil for 3-4 minutes, and enjoy them with the preferred side dish. Enjoy!
