Orange and white chocolate cookies

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour
    240 g
  • Cocoa Powder
    30 g
  • White chocolate
    100 g

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar, add the soft butter, egg, and vanilla, form the dough, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, cut out cookies, then cut out the desired pattern in the middle of half of the cookies.
  3. Transfer to a tray and bake for 12 minutes at 175°C.
  4. Cover the cooled biscuits with melted white chocolate.
  5. Add and cover with the remaining halves, then chill until set.
  6. Fill the hollows with orange jam. Enjoy!
