  • Filo dough
    400 g
  • Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea 5.5%
    350 g
  • Greek yogurt
    200 g
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Mozzarella Căsuța Mea for Pizza and Sandwiches
    150 g

Directions

  1. For the filling: pass the cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix together with the grated mozzarella, egg and salt.
  2. Brush each sheet of fillo with yogurt, add filling to one edge and roll.
  3. Transfer to a tray lined with paper, brush with room temperature butter (20 grams) mixed with egg yolk and bake for 30 minutes, temperature 170 °C, (sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired).
  4. Enjoy the warm pie. Bon appetit!
